Dow falls 500 points, worst day ever since 2001.

Dow falls 504 points today. Thanks to the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. Yep, that's right, they filed the accursed Chapter 11. Also, Merrill Lynch & Co. is sold to Bank of America. This is a bad day for stocks. They say that AIG might be next, when that happens, I think the Dow will be down probably 1000+ points.

A Firefighter Revives a Cat.

In New Beford, Massachusetts, a fire happened in an apartment, tons of animals were saved, but 2 cats died. The cat that was revived need mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. The Firefighter, bringing the cat outside of the burning apartment, gladly gave the cat mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. Afterwards the cat rested. Thanks to that firefighter, that cat has it's life. I wonder who wouldn't of done that. I would of :)

Diaper saves Baby's Life in Brazil

In Sao Paulo, Brazil, Caua Felipe Massaneiro survived an amazing 30-foot-fall. He climbed on top of a sofa. The window was open, so he fell out, but he got caught on a security spike. Up on that security spike, dangling in the air, the diaper eventually failed, but he fell slowed as it became a little bit like a parachute. And he landed better then he could of. He still was treated for minor fractures, but nothing really serious.

Baby helps unconscious mother.

Millie Boyle, an 11-month-old baby, saved her mother Elizabeth Boyle. She had recently passed out in her house, and Millie, luckily hearing her mother's phone ringing. Answered it. It was Elizabeth's mother, Linda. And knowing that Millie wasn't allowed to play with the phone. She said, "Who's That" and then "Mama". Linda then called the police and ambulance and dispatched them to the Boyle household in Essex, England. Elizabeth woke up before they got there and she needed no medical help.

Firefighters in the Rochester Area Deliever Three Babies in One Day

The Subject says it pretty much. Firefighters delievered babies in Rochester, Egypt and Brighton. The details on the Rochester delivery are unavailble. But the women in Egypt and Brighton we have the story on.

Carrie Sippel of Egypt, New York had a baby August, 18th, 2008. She had contractions at 6:30 AM. She couldn't make it there in time, so living less than a mile away from the Fire Dept. has another value. She mother, drove her to the Fire Dept. and the Firefighters, having to know the knowledge of delivering babies, Sucessfully delivered Claire Sippel to Carrie.

At 4:53 am, Brighton Fire Dept. officals told some firefighters to 1600 Elmwood Ave. This woman was in a car along the road about to deliver the baby. The baby was delivered at 5:10am

Like I said, I don't know anything about the Rochester one.

Today is 9/11/08

"On September, 11, 2008, terrorists hijacked four planes that crashed into the World Trade Center in New York, the Pentagon in Washington and a field in Pennslyvannia. Nearly 3,000 people were killed it a matter of hours."

7 years ago, groups of terrorists, on different planes decided to hijack the plane's they were on. There targets were Both World Trade Center Tower's, The Pentagon, and possibly the White House. The destroyed the WTC towers. And they destroyed the West wall of the Pentagon. They didn't get the the 4th destination. Flight 93 was the name of the plane alot of Hero's were on. The people on the plane possibly fought back, and they were named Hero's. Today they are having moments of silence. Donald Rumsfeld, Barack Obama, John McCain, President George Bush and some other people will speak today. They called out the names of people that died that day. There were a ton of people that died that day. A ton of hero's were born. That was one of the most horrible day's in America's history. Afterwards everybody was scared. The stocks fell so so so low. Every was so sad. A lot of songs were made about it. Today they are honoring everybody.
