Fidel Castro Resigned! Yipee!

Woot! Fidel Castro resigned! Even though he wasn't in control the past 1 1/2 Years. But, wait, Raul Castro has been in power, and really, Whats the difference? Few years in age is all! Raul is as bad as Fidel and Raul is more likely to get in office then anyone else. So I guess forget the Yipee, were doomed now.
