Well here's something retarded

The all mighty 3-strike law. A man in California gets sent to jail for LIFE, for stealing a $0.50 pack of Donuts. That is so retarded :P. I mean, A PACK OF DONUTS? Wow, I wonder how much you would get for stealing 1 skittle of the floor at Wal-Mart. The good side of this "Law" is that tons of crimes (rapes,burglarys,murders,homicides,donut stealing -_-). But there are TONS of downsides. A Fourth of California's population are in bars. And I am in a state that has the 3 strike law. We pay to put them in jail. Thats so stupid. We should change it to make it only VERY VERY BAD CRIMES.But personally inside I think it should go bye bye.
